Josh brings more than 10 years of experience in marketing and market development within the consumer packaged goods industry. Throughout his career, he has helped both established brands and innovative new products grow their market presence through strategic planning, consumer engagement, and brand development.

A student of consumer behavior and market trends, Josh is passionate about understanding what drives purchasing decisions and building meaningful connections between brands and consumers. His ability to combine market insight with practical execution has helped create successful growth strategies across a variety of product categories.

As Market Development Manager for the Gulf Atlantic Territory, Josh will work closely with retailers, cigar lounges, and industry partners to expand the presence of Don Abram Harris Cigars throughout the region. His focus will be on developing relationships, supporting retail partners, increasing brand awareness, and creating opportunities for long-term growth.
